All of our dresses are custom-made, meaning we start production only after receiving your order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue or you received the wrong item. Please review our policies carefully before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation Policy
Since all dresses are made to order, once production begins, materials cannot be reused. However, cancellations may be accepted within the following timeframes:

Unpaid Orders: Will not be processed.

Within 24 Hours of Payment: Eligible for a full refund.

24 to 72 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 50% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.

72 to 120 Hours After Payment: Eligible for a 30% refund of the item price plus a full refund of the shipping cost.

After 120 Hours of Payment: Only the shipping cost will be refunded.

After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Size & Color Modifications
Modifications to size or color must be requested within 24 hours of payment. After this period, changes cannot be made. If adjustments are necessary after production has started, additional fees may apply.
Return & Exchange Policy
Since every dress is handmade and tailored to order, we only accept returns and exchanges if there is a quality defect or a production mistake.
Returns and exchanges will be accepted if:
- The dress has a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., fabric damage, poor stitching).
- The dress is not the size, color, or style you ordered due to an error on our part.
Returns and exchanges will NOT be accepted if:
- The dress does not fit due to incorrect size selection (please check our size chart before purchasing).
- The dress has a slight variation (up to 1 inch) due to handmade production.
- The dress has minor imperfections that do not affect its overall wearability.
- The dress is custom-sized, custom-colored, or made-to-measure (which applies to all our dresses).
- Accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process for Defective or Incorrect Items
To request a return or exchange, you must:

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

Provide clear photos showing the issue (e.g., incorrect size, color, style, or defect).

Ship the item back within 7-15 days. The dress must be in brand-new condition—it can be tried on but must not be stretched, stained, or damaged.

Include the tracking number and return reference code when sending the item back.
Once we confirm the issue, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
